When the health crisis began, client GatheringUs found its little used virtual memorial offering in high demand. Funerals and memorials needed to happen, but people could not attend to celebrate these lives. Soho needed help GatheringUs scale up to help meet demand, and simultaneously build out all their virtual event systems.
Soho employed its deep experience recruiting Ambassador talent and applied it to this new industry. A unique team: one with presentation skills, the patient empathy to manage grieving family members, and the technical skills to run virtual meetings. We built out this new event type and helped event hosts celebrate their loved ones in a way that was highly memorable, even though it was not in person. We expertly run these events, so those attending can be present, and participate without any worry for technical details.
