The Challenge

As the exclusive sponsor of Art of Tiki at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Soho Experiential partnered with Appleton Estate to create, design, and bring the vibrant and exciting culture of Jamaica to Miami.

The SOLUTION

Guests enjoyed cocktails from eight of the most acclaimed bars in the hospitality industry who served Instagram-worthy cocktails featuring Appleton Estate! These mixologists competed against each other and were challenged to produce their most innovative Art of Tiki cocktail in the hopes of winning the “Art of Tiki Cocktail Judges’ Choice Award” or “Art of Tiki Cocktail People’s Choice Award”. Guests enjoyed posing for photos against a branded backdrop all while listening to live Jamaican SoCa and Dancehall Reggae beats.
