The Challenge
The National WWI Museum and Liberty Memorial Tower is one of Kansas City’s most historic and iconic landmarks and the country’s official memorial dedicated to World War I. So being asked to design and produce their annual gala was no small duty in our opinion. In order to be a success and leave a lasting impression, the event had to leverage compelling storytelling and a dash of showmanship to bring patrons and honorees together to celebrate, learn, and of course donate.
The SOLUTION
Night at the Tower 2022 did just that with towering imagination. The evening was designed to encourage exploration, connection, and education through interactive maps. As guests moved throughout time and space, other interactions were encountered from live art and music to a silent auction, unique photo ops for easy social sharing, culinary delights, and, of course, dancing! Opportunities for donation were integrated throughout the event, and guests could choose different parts of the museum to sponsor.
