The Challenge
Iconic heritage brand Lord + Taylor asked Soho to bring back their beloved storefront to NYC for the holidays via a gift-focused pop up that would make consumers feel right at home.
The SOLUTION
By locking in coveted real estate in the Soho neighborhood, we ensured the activation would not only be a destination for loyal L+T shoppers, but that the brand would co-opt a younger audience as well.
The exterior paid homage to L+T’s iconic former flagship store, while inside consumers could find a selection of giftable merchandise, photo opportunities and a Le Tote shop-in-shop. We integrated an on-site measurement service and digital sign up for Le Tote, and launched the whole affair with a media and influencer fête. The activation has been featured in NYT, CNN and BoF, among others.
