To close the chapter on 2020 and launch a new, global approach to marketing, Citi asked Soho to develop a digital Summit that would unify and ignite their international Marketing groups. This would mark the first time the entire global Marketing team came together as one unit with a single message, led by newly appointed CMO, Carla Hassan.
Soho developed and captured a mix of live and pre-recorded content, both remote and on-location, programmed specifically to elevate Citi’s 2021 mission. Led by surprise celebrity guests and leaders from some of the most revered brands in the world, Summit sessions were organized over 3 days (and 16 time zones).
We designed an event identity, developed a digital Summit guide for guests and attendees, then breathed life into the program’s virtual event platform, providing technical production support throughout.
